Prepare to wait for dr Gupta for hours. 7 people and over two hours past my scheduled appt time was how long I waited on my first visit. For my procedure, I scheduled his first appointment time of 8am. The nurses said “he was notorious for being late and that they do not know where he is”. He showed up 45 minutes late to his first appointment of the day at a hospital. For my follow up, the woman told me to schedule his first appt of the evening at 5pm, so that I “didn’t have to wait again”. Upon walking in, 11 people were waiting before me. I ended up walking out but not before the same lady that told me to come in at 5 was rude and basically said she doesn’t care. I found dr Gupta to be knowledgeable and personable but it’s an absolute disgrace to treat patients like this.
