Dr. Rosa Jeannette Bell, MD

I've been going here for years. I cant get appointments bc they always change the day before. And I took off work several times for the same appointments. To get test ran you have to wait for months. Then it takes months to get a follow up for results if you take meds they will run out and it will take weeks for a refill. Im not wasting no more of my time or money here. Im not going to dr bc I want to its bc im in server pain and I wanna know why and can I fix it.

I'm have been a long-time patient. I have been calling for the last 8-months and cannot get an appointment. My telehealth appointments are never kept, or I am called when they deem fit to call. She is a great doctor, but the staff does not understand English and your told they will call you back, but they never do. Your calls will never be returned.

Communication in this office is terrible . Front desk staff barely answers the phones and never return phone calls . If the staff was half as good as Dr. Bell , this would be a great office .

Would not recommend. Had a 1:00 pm telehealth appointment scheduled. Called at 8:30 am for patient history. Not once was that mentioned. I logged into the telehealth system at 12:55, was told that the Dr. would be calling me by phone and that I needed to log off and wait. At 2:55 pm I received a message that the Dr. would be calling me within an hour. The Dr. finally attempted a call at 5:55 pm. If this is the first impression, I cannot imagine what a long term patient must feel like.

Wouldn’t recommend her to corpse if I was told it would save my life!

I have Dr. Bell patient x 3 yrs, and I am very please with the care and the staff. I would highly recommend them. They have always worked with me, treated me kind.

Never saw Dr.Bell, just some unidentifiable unknown no names nor title, my name is__________, my position is __________ and I will be your provider today, and when will I see Dr. Bell. I am not on government assistance, why, in the he'll would you insult me by even suggesting I take a drug test.. ( if I was on government assistance, it's still an insult ) Should have turn around and walk out when I saw the vita Brite on the self. Waiting time for appointment and office sucks. 1 (ONE) Star is to much -3 stars. Disappointment

Dr. Bell and her staff are very caring and actually examine you and ask question to figure out your neurological problem. She saved my life and I am very grateful. When there was a wait, her staff let me know and kept me informed, even offered me water and watch program of my choice. If you want the best care go to Neurological Care Center
