The doctors are very rude and they don't want to hear or listen to the patient. I have been in this office 3 times seen 3 different doctors and all have been rude and condescending. They project a negative feeling!

I've been visiting Dr Pacheco since 2012, help me identify a longlife condition and help me to understand and to manage.

First of all I was taken to a room that looked like a break room with refrigerators. The Dr. I saw barley spoke English and did not understand what I was saying. I left with prescriptions, however he wrote me one that was basically otc and was not covered by my insurance. When I called to get a new one no one had returned my call. The office staff are just rude and VERY unprofessional. I would not recommend my enemy see them.

She seems mean. Does not pay much attention to the patient. I just hope she improves her attitude.
