About as accomodating as the IRS. Her schedule is inviolable, yours does not mean sh*t.

I have had Parkinson's for 13 years. I was experiencing increased "off" time where meds stopped working. Dr Heung listened to me, took detailed notes and made adjustments to my prescriptions. I am feeling much better and am having fewer off episodes and increased energy. Would definitely recommend Dr. Heung.

Horrible experience. I waited months for appointment. She came in with mind made up from old report. Refused to look at reports, letters and summaries of medical providers I had been seeing weekly. She shoved the papers back without a glance. Laughed rudely in my face when I tried to ask questions. Abruptly stood up and said "follow me" and left. My family member and I were not sure we heard that but packed up my papers and had to search 2 hallways to find her at checkout counter. I have multiple providers who were anxiously awaiting this visit to know how to best help and treat me. Needless to say they are all as disappointed and shocked as I was at this extremely unprofessional behavior. The doctor kept telling me to embrace the diagnosis without allowing me to ask questions so I could trust the diagnosis.

I have observed several appointments of my mother with Dr. Chuang at Swedish Cherry Hill Medical Center for treatment of Parkinson's Disease. On each visit, Dr. Chuang has listened carefully and patiently and worked with my mother to devise a treatment plan suiting my mother's needs and preferences.

Dr. Chuang wants primary doctor to do the history,physical examination,differential diagnoses for her. She wants me to write an assay of my symptoms before schedules an appointment. I will give her an negative star if I can

I took my mother to her appointment with this doctor at Stanford, CA last month. Dr. Rosalind S. Chaung(Neurologist)and let me tell you after our experience with her believe me she is every patient's nightmare. She is cold, cruel, cold hearted, and incompetent!!.By that I mean she used my mother who has pancreatic cancer, more as a training tool(guinea pig)to the 2 residents that were in the room with us more than a patient.My mother has a tremor in her left hand due to a stroke of some years ago, and after her surgery the tremor got worse. So I scheduled an appointment to see an Neurologist at Stanford and they gave us this piece of crap of a doctor. First we were in the waiting room for over an hour with the residents and they asked us tons of questions. She came in the room quickly, looked at my mom and began to pound my mother's arm and hand with her reflex hammer over and over.While she was doing this she kept referring back to the 2 residents, explaining and teaching them more… about reflexes than caring for my mother's health.She hit her so hard and so many times with her reflex hammer that my mom's arm is still swollen and in a lot of pain. Her arm is in such terrible state that the nurses at the chemo-therapy/Cancer Center cannot use that arm for blood work or to insert the catheter for her infusion of chemo-therapy. So they only have her right arm available and she has to withstand to being pocked in her right arm because they cannot use the left.This detestable doctor not only caused injury to my mother's arm but has also caused more suffering and infliction to my mother's grievous condition and life.I certainly do not recommend this doctor to anybody. Believe me she is totally inhumane,incompetent,aloof and completely insensitive to a human being's feelings.
