Dr. Rosalind Goldstein Epstein, MD

She is the worst doctor i have seen. She would not listen to me or my boyfriend about why i was there and the pain i was experiencing, she interrupted us the whole time, she didnt answer any questions we had, and then basically told me its all in my head, that i cant be in that much pain, then left the room without saying anything and never came back. The office space was dirty and unclean, there was a dog running around all over and barking, some employees kids where also running around.

Dr. Epstein is an excellent orthopedist. While she does not do orthopedic surgery anymore, I have confidence in her diagnostic skills... more so than any other orthopedist in Albuquerque. She never fails to impress me that way. She does not try to impress anyone, but she has a first rate medical mind. I believe that she is really good in assessing difficult cases or for a second opinion.

A terrible physician and horrible person, to boot. There's a reason she's easy to get in to see. She treats her staff and her patients terribly. To be avoided at all costs. Truly.

I appreciate Dr Epstein's honest and frank approach, no sugar-coating. She is always willing to spend as much time as needed to ensure that I completely understand my health situation. I highly recommend her as an orthopedic specialist.

Easily one of the worst doctors in Albuquerque. Inconsiderate, won't answer questions, rude and does not care about you as a person at all. The same goes for the other doctor that works in the same clinic with her.

This behavior is infuriating! I have wasted time and money with this physician. Itâ??s shameful that financial gain is placed above a patientâ??s welfare! I should have asked more questions initially. One month from initial consult, I was told during the â??requiredâ?? MRI results appointment, Dr. Epstein would refer me to another physician, as she does not do surgery. Six weeks, three appointments - I would have appreciated disclosure when I mentioned my concerns regarding my knees when making initial appointment or even the initial consultation!

I was already prepped for surgery and then this doctor decided to cancel because of a psyciatric issue that she was personally uncomfortable with. You just don't do this to a patient. I have a right to adequate healthcare.

Ever since she left that cattle ship of a local HMO and opened her single practice office it is a joy to need her services. She doesn't run people through her office but takes time for teaching and questions. She has alway been a meticulous surgeon and has good results. She had a reputation at the HMO for being hard on staff but it was needed.
