Dr.roy is great....the staff sucks... The only helpful is Liliana ......they never answer the phone calls you have to dial 100 times or walk in which its so small it gets crowded... It takes forever to see the doctor.....

i wouldnt reffer a friend to this office because they are not punctual for appointments and they never ever answer their phones..or call back ! the wait time is horrible!! the doctor is good though but it will be my last time there..

When going to this facility, you dont get the same doctor on every visit. To my expierence one of the two doctors I've met actually have been "curtious" but only because i asked multiple questions. Forcing her to stay with me a bit longer. But in which i felt as if she didnt want to be there and felt bothered her when i asked anything. And, as well as the nurses who attend you before hand, see and handle you for what seems to be seconds. No gerneral courteous. Overall, place was alright. Maybe went on a bad day or misinterpreted the staff.

No,good customer service,dr,was never around to answer,my questions,and overall,place was unclean,Was not happy,to see,how,the assistants,play dr. and run the place.
