Dr. Rosana Jennifer Ayoub, MD

I've been a patient of Drs. Rosana Ayoub and Wasima Masoodi for several years now, and am very happy with them. They are very kind, professional, experienced, helpful, and caring doctors. I feel confident in their care, and always happy with them and their staff. They are welcoming and friendly. I recommend !

The doctor is okay, but the office is horrible. They are very disorganized. Before the visit they had me fill out the new patient form online, then when I got there they said they couldn't retrieve it and ask for me to redo the form on paper. It took 45 mins to fill out and I missed my place in line. I ended up waiting 1.5 hours to be seen. Six months later I get a an angry call from their office saying I need to pay a bill that I haven't seen because they had the wrong address. When I asked to see a bill the office manager Jenelle Lockhart was really rude on the phone and told me to pay now or she would send me to collections. I called my insurance company to work it out because these people are beyond unprofessional. There are other specialists' out there who have nice and organized offices. There was nothing special about this doctor, she was just are referral from my medical group. Please take your business and health elsewhere.
