Dr. Rosanna Buigas, MD

I would not recommend you go to this doctor. I had a very disagreeable experience. The doctor and her staff are inconsiderate, unprofessional and they lack any respect for the patients. They don’t return phone calls, they never get back to you with tests results, they cancel appointments at the last moment without explanation and they charge you extra for blood work and written results/copies of lab work. Their office and its administration are totally chaotic. They even close the office whenever they want without notice. They don’t want to stress themselves but they don’t care stressing you as a customer with their disrespectful behavior and unprofessional practices.

I strongly recommend NOT to use this practice. My experience with the doctor and her staff has been horrible. Dr. Buigas is unstable, one day she is all smiles and the next she can be screaming at you. The receptionist is rude and extremely inefficient. They only answer the phone when they feel like it and the answering service is a joke because they don't even know the correct working hours. By the way, the office is open just 3 and a half days a week. Avoid this practice: very erratic and unprofessional !

I do NOT recommend Dr. Buigas AT ALL. She is very unstable and erratic and does not care for her patients. For no reason she started to scream at me and told me to get out of her office and not to come again. She did not care about my ongoing treatment and left me out in the cold without knowing what the next steps were going to be with my medical condition. In addition, her office is a nightmare. There is basically only one unprofessional front office administrative person and only one medical assistant. Waiting times are super long , and there is no website, no email, no portal, just a phone number that is mostly not answered and your messages are ignored. You fill like you are stepping back in time with the aggravation that there is no respect at all for you as a customer.

Staff and Dr herself are very unprofessional. Her behavior is erratic. Setting an appointment is an adventure in itself; then you arrive and wait an hour with no one there. Honestly I wonder if she is psychologically fit for her chosen profession which by its nature involves high levels of stress and uncertain outcomes. I would not recommend. Much too erratic and unprofessional

Dr. Rosanna may be very professional but her office and staff are a disgrace. They NEVER answer the phones, it is impossible to get through their systems, only by chance can you get through. This hasn’t happened once, but multiple times. They never answer during office hours, I have to call 15 times through out the day, not even exaggerating to get through. Then you go to an appointment are the only person there, have the earliest time to see her and they leave you waiting for an hour, even when you hear the Dr. just chatting up with her staff.

Very understanding and smart takes time to listen and explain Her staff are very sweet and nice been with DR. Buigas for more than 10 years
