Dr. Rose M Lee, DO

The medical assistant who greeted my 79 year old cancer patient mother was unstable to the point where I felt terrified to leave her alone with this individual (although I have power of attorney, I was not permitted to enter with her for her appointment). My mother was then treated terribly by another assistant because she was not reporting on her medication list quickly enough. She was alone in the office for half an hour after these debacles before the doctor saw her. When I explained to the doctor what had happened over the phone, Dr. Lee was aloof, unapologetic and did not take any accountability for her staff. I got my mom out of there immediately. Doctors need to understand that they are dealing with human beings. I am a sole caretaker of my mom and was uncomfortable leaving her by herself as it was, without having to entrust her to someone who is clearly not stable and another staff member who treated her badly. The fact that a doctor would implicitly condone that kind of… behavior by staff left me no confidence in her.

Dr Rose Lee is an awesome Doctor and person! She listens and you can tell she cares, I highly recommend

Dr. Lee is one of the best doctors I have ever seen! She worked with me from the hospital after a very scary experience after the birth of my first child. The care and understanding she had for the overall situation and my personal well-being was astounding!! I love having Dr. Lee as my cardiologist for so so many reasons!
