Dr. Roselia Herrera Villasenor, MD

Was my doctor for a while; appointment availability was not the best and that was when they even picked up the phone. Wanted me to make appointments for each issue I had. I could not discuss more than one issue at the visit. Also never sent me for a full exam and always recommended on my own recovery before subscribing me meds.

I love Roselia as my physician. She always makes me feel great.

I was with Dr Herrera for 2yrs, never had a follow up after my apts. I was the one always asking about my child's needs, regarding age appropriate check-ups. When my insurance changed a year ago they never charged my a copay. I kept telling the front desk women for my bill and she kept telling me you will get in the mail. Months later she scolded me at one of my visits because my balance was so high, I explained to her I always asked you for the bill and you said I would get it in the mail if not nothing was owe. Finally the bill came at 700 and hunded me every visit to pay it.

Dr. Herrera runs her office for the purpose of making a profit vs. helping her patients. She will only review one health issue per visit. If you attempt to discuss any other she will immediately say schedule another appointment and we can discuss. She will not give you any consultation over the phone for your test results. She has made me schedule an appt, pay my copay only to tell me my results are fine and walks out. This is a known practice of hers. The worst is that she will not leave the room so her patients can get dressed! She will remain in the room until you get dressed and than she leaves. She will not fill out paperwork unless you have a doctors appt...this has to be against insurance practices.
