we recently experienced the worse surgery ever performed on my wife. she was referred to this doctor by her primary cre doctor and was having a biopsy done. after the surgery the doctor had a follow up one week later and stated that everything was fine . Two days later the wound burst open and we had to go to her regular doctor who put pacing in the wound (which the surgery doctor never did). my wife went to the emergency because of the pain and they gave her antibiotics to take. she had to go back the next day because the pain was worse and was admitted, i called doctor Pettarino and told her that my wife was in the hospital due to problems from the surgery she said she would TRY and go to the hospital and see her (SHE NEVER CAME TO THE HOSPITAL) SO IF YOU ARE READING THIS PLEASE READ ALL HER REVIEWS AND THEN MAKE ADECISION IF YOU WANT HER TO CUT ON YOUR LOVED ONE,

Thanks to Drs nurse now I have APS on me. If they would take time to explain and speak without assuming they know everything they would know what issues underlie. They ask for any other open wounds, but there is only 2 open wounds the rest are scabbed. They see a scratch and its an open wound that is draining. Seriously... if she scratches the gauze off its not an open wound draining its a scratch! Whatever... i just hope i can find another dr!

I was extremely disappointed with her and her staff. They are very rude and do not take time to explain and do not want questions to be asked. After visiting her I read many reviews and they are all true on how terrible the whole office and staff is. I will never go there again. She also just look at the problem and said surgey was needed right away. After doing some research there are other options which I mentioned and she cut me off and didn't want to hear it. She doesn't make eye contact and when she does she is rude. Please do not allow your family members or yourself to get surgery from her.

Dr. Pettorino ruined my laparascopic surgery. I went through months of agonizing pain, weight loss and an extensive procedure by another specialist who finally saved me.

Dr. Pettorino is EXCELLENT. I've been her patient for 4 years. Her nurse, however is very unfriendly. Very difficult to work every time I have questions.
