Dr. Epps is one of the few physicians who was able to accurately identify my child's problem and treat it. We had a scheduled follow up after 6 weeks at which time his condition was completely resolved after having this problem for more than five years and feeling self conscious and embarrassed. When I asked about when should I schedule another appointment or she honestly said that another appointment was not necessary at this time as the condition had been resolved. Dr. Epps that I only needed to come back if the problem came up again. It has been 2 years since our visit and the problem is still resolved and has never reoccured. I will definitely recommend Dr. Epps to others.

I am disappointed to say that I have to second everything the prior reviewer said. That person's experience is much like our own. Dr. Epps attitude strikes me as lackadaisical, not a good quality in a specialist.

My child's condition is no better months after the visit so I cannot speak to whether the initial diagnosis is accurate. We completed the initial treatment instructions and this did not resolve my child's condition. It took 2 months of calls from our part to get a return call from the Dr. - not exactly a great service standard. In the end, though, it's the fact that the health issue is not yet resolved that I find most troubling. I can deal w/ rude office staff, poor bedside manner and the waiting if I feel my child is getting good care. So far, we have seen no improvement and it has been months.
