Dr. Metzger is a talented surgeon. I needed a long complicated surgery. Took about 9hrs with the possibility of so many complications. Under Dr. Metzger's skilled hands and extensive knowledge of Endocrinology Surgery, I awoke with no complications, and feeling like I had just received the best care anyone could have hoped for. Dr.Metzger and her team were also very compassionate with my family before, during and after my surgery. I highly recommend her and would return to her if I needed to.

I was diagnosed with a large mass attached to my left adrenal gland causing me all sorts of issues. Dr. Metzger took all the time I wanted in explaining the surgery, showing me the scans and explaining the recovery process. I was quite nervous going in because the adrenal is not easily accessed. She was very reassuring. Right before being put under all I asked for was for her to make sure that I wake up. 5.5 hours later I did wake up. She even got a great picture of the tumor before it went to pathology for me. Highly recommend Dr. Metzger. Endocrine surgery is quite specialized, and there are not many of these surgeons around. Thank you Dr. Metzger for bringing me back. Feeling 10 times better.
