Dr. Rosemary Anne Bates, MD

Dr. Bates is the first doctor I have trusted in a long time. She takes the time to look over your bloodwork and found a health issues that needed addressing before it became an issue.

At this place the doctor never sees you, it is the physician assistant who sees patients. I never felt like visiting a clinic at this place. It felt more like visiting a skin and body beauty salon. They advertise all sorts of body slimming products and beauty procedures to patients. The whole place is full of advertisements for the same. Do yourself a favor and go to a real doctor instead.

I have been a patient of Dr Bates for 5 years. The office staff and Dr Bates have always been a jy to work with.

I would never recommend the services of this doctor mainly because of the first impression of the office manager Erin. This lady has problems and if she is any reflection of the doctor than I am out. There are plenty of good doctors out there that have a good office managers and Dr. Bates is missing the boat with Erin Aldous. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere is.

Doctor never reviewed my test results until I called 2 weeks after test . Even after that, they did not bother to call me until I made a big fuss. And there were abnormal results from the test results. Never saw the doctor, just saw the PA. Very unprofessional!

Dr. Bates was suggested to me from a fellow employee. I have always found her and her staff to be most helpful. Yes, when you are acutely ill they will get you in that day, although it may be with the PA. But I know that Dr. Bates knows all that is going on in the office at anytime. Maybe it is because I have been using her since 2001, but all the staff know me by my first name even on the phone.Thank God for women like Rosemary Bates, MD

Dr. Bates is likely a solid doctor, however she (or her office) consistently pushed me to see her assistant. Her assistant may have been capable, but if I wanted that level of care, I would just go to a clinic. I'm paying for quality health insurance, and expect to be seen by a doctor. I'm a pretty easy patient - not sure what the problem is, but it looks like others have had a similar experience.

Dr. Rosmary Bates takes the time to know her patients, explain their diagnosis and treatments, and console if needed. My daughter and I are most fortunate to be under Dr. Bates and staff care.

Trying to see Dr.Bates these days is like trying to hit the lottery which really isn't worth it anymore.I have seen her a few times and I'd say she's your average doc.But trying to see her is the problem.The past 3 times I've tried to see her the staff would say she's either sick(although I see her in the office), she had an emergency, or she's just to backed up to see me.And then they offer you the nurse practioner instead.Not sure if this is a racial issue or maybe she has priority patients these days but I will not drive another 45 min to see her again especially when there's no gaurantee I will see her anyway! Will find me a local doc instead.

Dr. Bates is always on time, spends as much time with me as I need to feel comfortable, and remembers details about my life from visit to visit.
