Mi hija fue atendida de forma profesional y estoy muy agradecida.

We've seen her 4 times. It was supposed to be 6 visits by now but she cancelled twice. After today, we feel that warning people about her is a must. She is a horrible, disrespectful, nasty person. Their has to be some mistake, she cannot really be a psychologist. Shes supposed to listen and answer questions but instead she just keeps talking. When you ask her a question she acts as if she didnt hear you. Then after a while it becomes obvious that she doesnt care. Its all about billing your insurance company, thats all. Additionally, Clements repeats the same questions over and over with no progress. She says, oh you need a certain test, lets set it up for your next appointment. Next appointment comes and theirs no test just the same questions. Then she goes on to say, oh you need a certain test. On and on it goes. Its all about billing the insurance. Take my advice and go somewhere else. We wasted 4 months on this lady dont make the same mistake.

Still waiting for her call..She has zero respect for her patients or their time. Always late "in a crisis". Your time means nothing. Don't bother unless you like to wait.

I've never criticized a doctor publicly before, but I felt that I couldn't keep quiet on this.... I trusted this office with the welfare of both of my children. Not only did they fail to help, but I honestly felt that the time with this doctor and her staff was hurting my boys' mental health. I would not recommend allowing them access to anyone under 18, or anyone in a fragile emotional state. She just wants to milk your insurance for all she can. Also, don't expect her to even enter the building until two hours AFTER your appointment time (unless she schedules you endless sessions with unpaid & untrained interns). However, the other doctor (whose name I can't remember, but who tried to help before we left), was very professional and seemed both genuine and caring. I hope she leaves and finds another practice before Clements brings her down with her. Anyway, good luck! Whatever you decide...

I usually don't write reviews but I am because I sincerely feel that this doctors office is not professional what so ever. I honestly think the people that work here may need to seek help. First, on many occasions I have set an appointment with the doctor & the doctor will walk into the office hours later. Secondly, the miscommunication with the staff is unbearable ! They will say they will call you back but NEVER do unless it has to do with payment! They really really don't have any consideration for their patients.

My psychiatrist office recommended Dr. Clements. I'm very happy that they gave me her name. She has helped me immensely. In the past I've been to many therapists, but with Dr. Clements I have received more in-depth therapy and realizations from our sessions. I was a pile of anxiety and depression when I showed up on her doorstep a year and 3 months ago. Since then, she has helped me through some major issues and we continue to work together as I need support. She is someone I can trust and respect

fuy a la doctora Rosmeri para que me llenara la forma 648 de imigracion y los ofisiales de imigrasion me dijieron que fue mal llenada y muy poco profesional que faltaba información y que no había sido llenada correctamente y que hay partes que se contradecía . aparte muy poco profesional durante las 6 citas que tuve con ella si tenia apoinmet a las 12 ella llegaba tarde y avia que esperarla por horas a ser atendida . para mi eso fue un robo pagar 500 dólares y que ella llene documentos mal mas aun de imigrasion que deben ser llenados correctamente . y además cuando fuy a que terminara de llenar la aplicasion quería cobrarme 125 dólares mas y cuando completo una pregunta lo hiso con una tinta y firmo con otra de otro color . los ofisiales dijieron eso no era aceptable . I went to Dr. Rosmeri to fill me in the form 648 of immigration and the ofisiales of Imigrasion I told that was badly filled and very unprofessional that information was missing and that had not been properly filled and… that there are parts that contradicted. Apart very unprofessional during the 6 appointments I had with her if I had apoinmet at 12 she was late and have to wait for hours to be attended. For me that was a robbery to pay 500 dollars and that she fills bad documents even more imigracion that must be filled correctly. and also when i go to finish filling the aplicación she wanted to charge me 125 dollars more and when she complete a question she it with a ink and sign with another color. The oficiales told that was not acceptable.
