Horrible, horrible office person. Argumentative, nasty and ultimately led to us not being seen (which is what she was after). Absolutely no knowledge of insurance and medicare and honestly, from the time I called for the appointment, she was looking for reasons not to see my mother. This is a perfect example how NOT to run a business. Have a power hungry ignorant person "greeting" your patients. She decided to tell the doctor that I was yelling at her (which I wasn't) and then she changed her assessment that I was being dismissive. I was fine paying the co-pay which was correct. During a time when doctors go out of their way to ensure the confidentiality, comfort and excellent care of patients, this was evidence that when someone does not know an answer and has limited abilities that they can be defensive and nasty and not only lack any kind of compassion and bedside manner, but an inability to display kindness and any evidence of respect for the patient. I can only assume that the… "doctor", who has chosen to employ this completely unacceptable person, would lack the same sensibilities. The doctor that was not even courteous enough to come speak to us. Honestly the worst medical Non-experience I have ever had.
