Dr Ross Alan Clevens

Dr. Ibrahim conducted revision surgery March 2023, at which the surgery was unsuccessful. He has been giving Kenalog injections to a point where he couldn't any more. November 2023, we had a Telehealth appointment he offered to redo the surgery with Kenlog injections for FREE or with radiation through my insurance. I later scheduled an surgery appointment over the phone to proceed with the revision with Kenalog. The appointment was set for January 8, 2024. I came to the appointment and Dr. Ibrahim told me he NEVER offered to redo the surgery. He only offered to give injections. I would've never agreed to JUST injections because he last explained that he couldn't inject the scar any more. As soon as I met with him, he was nothing but disgusting towards me. He told me that he was aggressive towards to me because of my DEMEANOR to his staff in the PAST?? Very unprofessional doctor! Told me to get my records and seek another provider. I'm humiliated and disappointed in the treatment!

I was very convinced after my first visit with Dr. Clevens, there was no need for a second opinion. My procedure was for a Septorhinoplasty which corrected my breathing and facial appearance. Very please with the end results. His Patient Care Coordinator Johanna was such a pleasure to work with, very pleasant, friendly, patient and knowledgeable with her profession. Nurse Betsy was also pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend Dr. Clevens if you’re seeking to have any facial procedure.

On the recommendation of a relative who had been here, I had a hair procedure performed here which went Flawlessly! From reception, to Johanna giving me the general overview and the specifics of the procedure, and then the procedure itself, Dr. Clevens, his associates and staff, all handled my procedure with meticulous precision and excellence! I'm sure these procedures everywhere, and likely for various prices, but I wanted to be sure it was done by excellent surgeons and professionals who would garner my anticipated result. I was NOT disappointed in any facet, nor let down. I would recommend Clevens Face & Body to anyone seeking the services they offer!

I was having trouble with my weight in the ab region prior to being advised to check out CoolSculpting from Clevens Face and Body. Once I arrived there for my consultation the staff helped me completely through the process and answered all my questions about recovery and the process. After having 4 sessions I have seen amazing results and have helped to remove the weight I always struggled to lose. I no longer have problems at work with carrying heavy objects like I used to.
