I am fairly new patient to Dr. Diano and so far am very pleased with treatment received by him and his staff. I do like that he calls back personally and pretty promptly when necessary and requested.

My husband was admitted to Mountainside Hospital in Montclair with swelling in the neck, and was given many tests but no diagnosis. Dr Diano gave him antibiotics without knowing the dx - very dangerous in a hospital. When my husband was released 3 days later, Dr Diano said he was calling in a prescription for a VERY important antibiotic that my husband HAD TO TAKE AND IT WAS CRITICAL. I went to the pharmacy to pick it up - nothing was called in. We called the hospital & they couldn't do anything because this dr was not an employee. We called his office & he was on vacation for 10 days & had no backup & wouldn't be replying to any messages left with his answering service. This guy is a medical malpractice waiting to happen. Stay away

My mom has been a patient of Dr. Diano for years, she trust him completely. Me I'm not quite that trusting...well Dr. Diano has shown me why my mom loves him so much. She was recently rushed to the ER. On a Sunday night at 9:00pm Dr. Diano came to check on his patient, he waited for the scan results, explained them to both my mother and I. He scheduled additional test and waited for her to get a room. I am grateful for the care and concern he showed my mom and will not forget it. I am confident my mom is in great care with Dr. Diano.

Not only does he disrespect the patient, but other workers as well. Would give a 0 if possible!

Dr Diano is an excellent doctor! The only issue that I have the front desk people needs to be fast to deal with day to day enquires. They need to work fast and effectively. They need more training in office work. Apart from this issue my overall experience with dr DIANO is excellent!
