Dr. Rowena Narvadez Pusateri

Dr. Rowena Pusateri was rude, pushy, would not let us speak, and treated us like a “turn and burn.” She was unsympathetic and honestly made me cry during my first pediatric appointment because she made me feel like I’d done something wrong by FEEDING MY BABY when she was hungry. My baby is 98th percentile across the board, she’s gonna eat. This doctor acted like 2oz every 3hrs was going to cause obesity in our 3 day old. We only saw her because we were required to as she was the pediatrician on call when I delivered. My baby is 6 months old now and I’m still thinking about how rude she was. When she came in for the baby’s discharge at the hospital, she kicked out the nurse who was ACTIVELY examining me and baby. Even the nurse was shocked and seemed offended, though she said nothing. I was shocked for her. This doctor acted like no one was above her, and that we should just shut up and listen. She has no business dealing with children or adults. I don’t care what her culture is, she… was RUDE. I thought maybe she had a bad day, that it was a fluke. But she acted the same way at my daughter’s first appointment.

My daughter likes her, she’s able to ask questions from her not like with her last Pediatrician that my daughter was shy to ask questions. My daughter said that she feels more comfortable with her than her last Pediatrician.
