Dr. Rowena G Ventayen

The Dr. is terrific, but her office is poorly run. It took 6 weeks to get a prescription re-filled. 3 calls to her office and 4 to the pharmacy. I was told I needed blood work which I promptly did in her office, a week later I was told again that I "still" needed to do blood work. 3 times now I've been sent for xrays, don't get the results and when I inquiry about them, they are surprised that I had tests done. The last staff member that I talked to essentially called me a liar out of pure ignorance. This social incompetence/aggression is a symptom of great incompetence in this office.

Easy to talk to, non judgmental, caring

This is a physician that seems to really care about the health and welfare of her patients. She's quite thorough in her questioning, and physical exam. I highly recommend this physician.
