I WAS REFERRED TO DR. ROY CASIANO FOR A CYST INFECTION IN MAXILLARY SINUS. UPON INITIAL VISIT I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE CYST REMOVED. I THEN HAD SURGERY AND EXPECTED A GREAT OUTCOME. UNFORTUNATELY 3 MONTHS POST OP, I COMPLAINED OF THE USUAL SYMPTOMS ( FACIAL PAIN, FOUL ODOR, POST NASAL DRIP. I WAS THEN GIVEN AN ENDOSCOPY WHERE I WAS SHOWN WHERE PUS WAS REMOVED SO I BELIEVED ALL WAS GOOD. 4 MONTHS POST OP, I VISITED A DENTIST FOR A TOOTH THAT I WANTED REPAIRED. UPON GETTING A CT SCAN I WAS TOLD I HAVE A CYST AND IT WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE AN IMPLANT PLACED UNTIL CYST WAS REMOVED FROM MAXILLARY SINUS WHICH IS RIGHT ABOVE MY PRE-MOLAR. UNFORTUNATELY DR CASIANO DID NOT REMOVE THE CYST IN ITS ENTIRETY AND DISREGARDED MY CONTINUOUS SYMPTOMS. I NOW AM IN SEARCH OF AN ENT WHO CAN REMOVE THIS INFECTION SO I CAN HAVE A DENTAL IMPLANT PROCEDURE DONE.

Dr. Casiano operated on me 10 years ago. This was my 3rd op for nasal polyups. He cleaned out scar tissue, adjusted some turbinates, and removed polyups. My sense of smell & taste returned in about 10 days. I think he's the best in the business.

Dr Casiano treated my vocal cords condition of Spasmodic Dysphonia from 2008 when I was diagnosed up until 2014-2015. At that time I moved to the west coast and was able to another Proffesor & ENT in Tampa. To me, Dr Casiano along with Dr Donna Lundy, Speech Pathologist are the best in the field. I would give them, , 10 Stars for their fantastic service for patients in need. My condition is overwhelming to manage and with their treatment the patient can speak again for a while since this is Neurological and currently has no cure. Thank you Dr Casiano and Dr Lundy ????

Dr Cassiano has performed second sinus surgery as my case is complicated . He is the only ENT I would trust to perform surgery . His expertise is renown .

I felt he had no bedside manners. I was rushed. Made me feel like I didn't have a good reason for being there. He POO-POOED me! I'm looking for a good plastic sx, to put my nose back in place...

DR ROY CASIANO HAS BEEN MY DR SINCE 1998 AND I AM STILL ALIVE BECAUSE OF HIM. I WAS BUTCHERED BY ANOTHER DR AND DR CASIANO SAVED MY LIFE. I OWE HIM MY LIFE. HE IS SHY, QUIET, BUT BRILLIANT AND KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. PEOPLE CONFUSE THAT WITH ARROGANT WHICH IS NOT SO. I HAVE MADE HIM BLUSH WHEN I WENT UP AND HUGGED HIM AND KISSED HIM BUT I AM GRATEFUL FOR STILL BEING HERE ALIVE.

I have never experienced a more inconsiderate doctor in my life. I was literally holding back tears during my office visit due to his rude manner. He was incredibly rushed and I felt didn't explain anything and when I tried to ask a question, he made me feel like a total idiot with a very rude tone of voice. All this and I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time and he charges 400+ per visit. Stay away from Roy Casiano please!!
