The staff were great. Dr Trawick was personable and explained things really well. I liked that he gave me options to choose from. I would recommend Dr Trawick to anyone .

Dr. Trawick is a very nice person and a skilled orthopedic surgeon. He performed two knee replacements on my husband several years ago and everything went well. I was very impressed with his explanation of the procedure and what I can expect. The reason for my going to TOSH this time was for a torn lateral meniscus on my left knee which was identified after I had a MRI. I was anxious to get my knee fixed as soon as possible, and my surgery was scheduled five weeks later. I hope to recover and regain my strength soon so that I can walk without pain by Oct. 9.

I don't recommend this orthopedic doctor. Sorry to say be has more self interest ($) over your quality of life interests. I am 67 with a torn meniscus, aging join, but super active with biking and skiing. Initial consultation went from basic orthotropic meniscus tear clean up to a sales pitch on a knee replacement. My knee join is old, but still functioning, not bone on bone, with a solid ACL repair from 20 years ago. I probably have another 10 years before I am bone on bone. With no metrics as to why I should consider a knee replacement, he goes into the sales pitch and never really explains the procedure, till I pry with a bunch of questions. It is a really complicated procedure with a lot of "variables that can go wrong. Before signing up for a knee replacement: do your home work. Typically its the last resort when you're bone on bone, in a lot of pain and can't walk more than 50 feet. Even then There a number of different methods to do a reconstructed knee. Do your… home work, research what it is they are going to do to you.

Doctor Trawick is a great surgeon and someone I’d recommend anyone to for knee surgery. Him and his team were able to get my mom in for both consult and surgery within 3-days after she had an accident and shattered her knee cap/patella. I called them the first day while she was in ER, they got her in the second day, and then she was in surgery on day 3- phenomenal is an understatement that both a surgeon and a collective team is this organized and skilled at treating knee injuries. Scheduling has been a breeze, everything has been incredibly organized and easy which is so critical as a caretaker for family members/parents during a stressful time. This team makes it easy and there is a very stark difference in their expertise, professionalism, and efficiency in treating these types of injuries. You can just feel/see the difference that they truly know their craft which is the absolute most important thing when looking for the right surgeon for knee replacement/injury. Not only that-… they’re completely organized in PT aftermath and have a dedicated facility for PT in the recovery phase and have the entire operations from beginning to end taken into consideration and organized for you. Doctor Trawick, his team and TOSH is truly the expert in the valley on knee injuries and I won’t take my family anywhere else.

Dr Trawick is a very kind, patient and knowledgeable doctor. He listened to what was "going on" with my knee. To be honest, it was nice to have someone actually listen (he most likely already knew what was wrong and what needed to be done). He is not quick to move towards invasive procedures - extremely comforting to me. We decided on a course of action. I'm not certain my knee will get better (like when I was 20), but I'm certain we have slowed down the march to older knees! 1 star - ease of making appointment 1 star - wait time 1 star - listening 1 star - coming up with a plan 1 star - help with implementing the plan

Doctor Trawick did a partial knee replacement surgery on me when other doctors wanted to do a total knee replacement and I was so happy he did i was feeling better almost immediately he was very professional and at the same time was like a good friend who actually cared about what I needed thanks ?? Doc

Dr. Trawick is the bomb. This will be my second surgery. This time I am getting my knee replaced. He was very good about explaining my x-rays and my upcoming surgery. I would recommend him to anybody.

Dr Trawick is so helpful and patient with me. I’m grateful for a great surgeon like him. And his staff is wonderful as well!

I interviewed a lot of surgeons before going with Dr Trawick. I am so glad I went with him. He has taken great care of me. I had a very complex case with multiple repairs. He nailed them all. He's the man!
