Her willingness to return to previously discussed lessons and concerns and re-explain step by step how to implement techniques in my daily life has truly helped me overcome my anxiety. I saw Roz for over a year after going through a very hard time with anxiety and depression. Before I started seeing her, I would have constant anxiety attacks, and I wouldn't feel any joy in doing things that would normally bring me happiness. Since seeing her, my anxiety attacks are less frequent, and my joy for life has come back! Roz listens so intently and you can tell she cares about her clients. I began seeing Roz in the winter of 2018. I’m extremely grateful for the therapy she has provided, and I continue to use the strategies she has recommended to me on a daily basis. Roz works hard to establish her office as a safe space, and I have felt comfortable and open with her from the moment I met her at our first session.
