Dr. Ru-Huey Yen, MD

Dr. Yen can be very rude and condescending and worst of all, ignore major symptoms. She told me there were absolutely no tests that could be done for an issue I was experiencing. When I got a second opinion, there was indeed a test that could be administered and then I finally got help after many months of suffering. Dr. Yen has been dismissive of other health issues I’ve brought to her attention as well. When I’ve requested specific tests, she has flat out refused. One test in particular that she was sure would be normal was not and she acted very surprised to see the result. Good thing I insisted on getting it! Dr. Yen has also been reckless with attributing certain symptoms to certain conditions. Without a test or any factual information, she has flat out said you’re experiencing said symptom because of this condition. I then have to work to disapprove her when she is just offering her opinion, not a verified diagnosis. Very disappointing and harmful experiences I’ve had with Dr.… Ru-Huey Yen!

My GP of ten years retired, I never thought that I would find his equal. Dr. Yen has become so much more than a Doctor needs to be. Her vast knowledge and genuine care has been invaluable to me and my many health challenges. She is what a physician should be and an example of a genuine wonderful person.

Dr. Yen has and always listens attentively and genuinely cares about my well being. My previous Doctor of over a decade retired, and Dr. Yen immediately made me feel confident and comfortable in my choice to have her as my primary care physician.
