Dr. Ruben Baghdassarian, MD

Wait time was about 2 hours plus and then Dr was intoxicated.

I've been going to Dr. Baghdassarian for the past five plus years. Though a very busy office, the staff is patient and professional. Dr. Baghdassarian has a pleasant personality, tells it like it is, and recommends only the best procedures for each individual. I like his direct approach and efficient manner, very professional. I'm thankful for everything he's done for me.

My first visit with this doctor was impressive. He did make it plan to me that he thought he was the number uroligst in Orange County.With each visit, he spent less time with me after the examination, with an eventual lack of explanation of what he was doing or my progress.The only other somewhat lenghtly visit was when he told me that I had prostat cancer and referred me to another doctor for a second opion for treatment.When I choose radiation over his surgigal procedure his explanations after his examination became almost nill. He appears to be a knowledgable doctor in his field but due to his obvious over booking he lacks the time neccessary for an explanation he owes each of his patients.

He is the worst Doctor I have come across. Never to return. Never listens to you. Wait long to see him for a few minutes to see him. Does not care about patients. Just a poor excuse for a doctor

Dr. B has been my urologist for 20 years. Yes, the wait time is frustrating, but once you accept this and plan accordingly you won't be as stressed. I am a healthcare provider myself, and Dr. B has always taken the time to answer all my questions and go over my labs and xrays in detail so I understand what's going on. I hope I never have to go to anyone else.

I have been a patient of Dr. Baghdassarian since 1991 and I feel so confident around him. He may always joke around, but has a seriousness when it come to my health.

I've been to this doctor 4 times and I refuse to go anymore. Agree with other comments - does not listen to me, orders lots of tests without getting information, does not explain procedures, always in a hurry, every time he sees me it seems like he has no idea who I am - it's as if I'd never been there before.

Has he passed his California boards?Is he a really a professional Doctor?He is not someone who I would recommend to anyone. I hope he doesn't represent the norm in our Orange County Community for professional physicians.

He does not take the time to discuss procedures or answer questions. Definitely looking for a new doctor.

Always in a hurry, and not interested in listening to a patients concerns. I felt I was in an assemby line. The best part of being his patient is leaving to go to a caring doctor who has a heart.
