Dr. Ruben Sales Escuro, MD

I dont even know where to start on our horrible experiance with Dr Escuro.. first off apts take over 3 hrs just to be seen.. and while you are waiting you get to hear all the other patients yelling at him from the exam room. If he orders any test or meds.. plan on running out and leaving several messages before a call back and getting your much needed meds. Asked for a second opinion now that he was on top of.. BUT while waiting for that apt called for 4 days with issues of the original symptoms of N/V getting worse .. instead of helping he has nurse call back finally just to tell you to go to ER ... ER ? for the same symptoms we have complained about for 3 visits he ignored and a bacterial infection??? clearly doesnt care about patients!!! will never ever go back!! and shame on Mercy for referring us to a Dr that cant handle his patient load

Dr. was courteous and complete in his testing and diagnosis. Felt that he had great concern and spent time answering questions. Wait time was longer but when it came to my appointment time he took as much time as necessary
