It seems this dr is not doing well economically, charging $500 for a six minute consultation that didn’t help at all is ridiculous, not even my previous obgyn that is recognized nationally charges this much, no wonder he is losing patients I won’t be back that’s for sure.

Solo quiero hacer un update de mi review anterior aunque se que este doctorsito quita mis reviews para que nadie sepa el daño que me hizo y sabe dios a cuantas más le ha hecho lo mismo, ya que después de que reportamos a orlando health y fl department of health que este doctorsito que tantas ven como un santo tocó inapropiadamente y nadie hizo nada porque solo les importa no ser liable y decidieron mantenerlo confidencial , yo lo hago público para que otras no les pase lo mismo, la que lo siga viendo como un dios es su decisión tomarse el riesgo de seguir atendiendo su salud con alguien así. Pero lo correcto es denunciar este tipo de gente ,debe sentirse muy dichoso que por tener influencia con un sistema corrupto no tuvo consequencias de sus depravados actos aunque tarde o temprano la vida cobra el mal que se hace. Como dijo otra paciente en otro review es cierto que este Dr es un asco, yo al principio también creía que era muy buen Dr como dicen otras hasta que hizo el daño que hizo… y por tener la suerte de estar en estado corrupto como fl se salvo de la ley. Ya quitara este review como siempre hace pero este no es el único site que existe y mi horrible experiencia será siempre pública. Espero haber ayudado a alguien con mi sincero review. Me tomo tiempo expresar tan horrible experiencia pero no tengo miedo de seguir expresando la verdad y el sabe muy bien lo que me hizo. .el que nada debe nada teme y por eso lo mantendré público. A veces tenemos que tener cuidado con quien menos nos imaginamos. Las apariencias suelen engañar. Cada cual a su propio riesgo.

with great sadness I decided to put my bad experience here like the others so what happenrd to me does not happen to others. I was patient for many years and I had to leave due to various differences, negligence from Dr. and bad times of difficult attitude from some of the staff, the most sad thing to say here is that this Dr. Santiago betrayed my trust as a patient and I have kept him quiet for several years, I will not shut up anymore and soon all will know how he betrayed my trust, I just want to warn patients to be careful with him, I am very sorry to have to say it here but I do not want anyone else to suffer what I suffered due to the behavior of this dr. I thought I had a good doctor but he showed me that it was not like that. For this moment is all I can say, the rest will be published soon, it makes me very sad but I have to be honest. And if the dr sees this review he knows what I mean since I tried to discuss it with him and preferred to evade and mistreat. I hope I have… helped someone with this true review.

Dr. Santiago really cares about his patients and has always answered my health concerns. I feel confident that such a good doctor is taking care of my health issues. His support staff is corteous and very respectful. Great office location, plenty of parking space. Office is very neat and well decorated. Waiting time is very reasonable.

I had to go back to dr ruben santiago and noticed a great improvement with his staff members, some are new, i was treated in a attentive manner and was very pleased with their service and the dr treatment.

I was his patient for almost four years, he was always caring with excellent bedside manners except the last visit when he was a little rude with me,, i feel very sad i had to leave his office and go back to my previous doctor but i had no choice, some of his staff members didnt do a good job , one time they even threw away my specimen before doing the test, one of his assistants even gave me the wrong information about pain medicine a when i told him about it he just defended her and never apologize for her errors for which i suffered pain for a whole week with no pain medicine. For the test results i always had to call because his assistants always forget to inform me, for the checkout they made me wait about 40 minutes just to tell me to comeback in a year when my treatment was not over yet, i still cant believe how i was treated that last visit i had no choice than to stop going there, I'm very dissapointed, sadly i cant come back to them after been treated in such… unprofessional manner.

I was very fortunate to have him as my obgyn also to be able to treat me in giving birth to my son, then found out I was expecting a 2nd baby I was not able to locate him since he got his own office, I didn't know about. Finally locate him and he was able to continue treating me with my second baby. Very good doctor, he takes the time to listen and make sure all you understand all your questions! I live in East Colonial and he is located in Kissimmee and wont change him st all!. Really satisfy with his services, I highly recomend!!'

This Doctor is nice, patient, and answers all questions. I felt like he knew exactly what he was doing. He actually listened to me and heard me out on any concerns I had. I never felt uncomftable with him. I never had any issues to complain about or dislikes. Your in and out. The Receptionist was very nice also. Overall, I would recommend this doctor to my family and friends.

A friend recommended this doctor to me when i found out i was pregnant. i am glad i went to him he is really a great doctor and very caring stays until your done asking questions.

I really love this doctor, he is patient, he will answer all your questions, he is very gentle.
