Dr. Ruben Dario Victores, MD

Dr. Victores has delivered two of my children and has been exceptional both times. He is extremely friendly and spends time to make sure you are well informed. He is casual in his bed side manner and all business when it counts.

He delivered my sixth child, fifth c-section. He made me feel safe during my pregnancy and delivery. Great bedside manner, takes the time to listen and talk with you, Amazing doctor! Highly recommend him!

He was to operate laparoscopically on My endremetreosis! He gave Me 2 richter's Hernias ! He about ended My life, and didn't care He prefers to save money on stitches and His time to do surgery correctly

Ruben Victores M.D Doctor from Saint Elizebeth Hospital Beaumont Texas will mess u up bad

I have been going to Dr. Ruben Victores for a few years and have been very happy with his services. He delivered my second child and was always responsive to any questions and concerns that I had. My SIL is now going to him for her first pregnancy and has made similar comments about Dr. Victores. We both give him an A+!

I have been seeing this doctor for twenty years. He delivered my daughter. Since then, my mother and cousin have gone to him, too. Dr. Victores always listens to me and addresses any concerns that I have. We all are extremely pleased with him.

I went to this doctor for at least 4 visits and my mother went to him for many more. Initially, he was fine, not the best gynocologist I'd been to, not the worst and my mother trusted him. The wait times were very long, but it was a busy office and I chalked it up to just being busy. The 2nd time I went to him, his staff left me (in my paper robe) in the waiting room for over 2 hours and when I finally got angry enough to come out (I was young and afraid to cause problem), the waiting room lights were dark and the staff had gone home. I was so upset I didn't know what to do, but my mom called and got an apology and a new appt for me. I didn't have to wait at all on that one and I received apologies from the nursing staff as well as the doctor. My fourth and last appt was the worst appt I've ever had - I'd discovered my boyfriend cheated on me and went in b/c I was worried about STDs and some possible symptoms he had been exhibiting. I told the doctor the story and what I'd seen… and asked for an STD screen. He told me that if I was correct in describing what I'd seen, there was no need for a screen, I had the same STD that my boyfriend had (HPV)and that I shouldn't worry about it, everyone had it. He then told me, "There are other fish in the sea." I was crying and devastated and told him I wanted a test to make sure I had it. He told me no, he wouldn't give me the test cause it was a waste of time and money. I asked him to at least write the name of the disease down so that I could research it and he pulled a paper towel out of the towel holder, scribbled the name on it and tossed it at me. I'm not exaggerating this scene at all - it's seared into my memory. He left and I left soon after. I called the nurse back after that day and asked her to run the test, but she said she couldn't do it without the doctor's permission. I never went back to him and found a new gynocologist, who was much kinder and listened and asked questions and made me feel comfortable. Perhaps he was fed up with an emotional young woman who was scared and feeling terrified about a disease that can sometimes just run its course and done, but he didn't handle it well at all. I wouldn't recommend him to any young woman, or any woman, for that matter.
