VERY VERY RUDE office staff! I called to try and get an appointment. I explained that I was a new patient and that I would like to make an appointment. The very rude "lady" on the phone told me my referral was expired I would have to get another one. When I then asked if they would see me after I got a referral she got snippy with me and then told me to "not raise my voice at her" and then said nope.....go someplace else! I was not rude and did not raise my voice at her. I have never had someone be that rude to me before. I can't even imagine what kind of a "doctor" would have office staff that acted like that. I will not ever call back there again. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE is my suggestion.

Dr Saulog is a wonderful physician! She is very professional and requests her patients relate to her with concise answers and prepared questions. She is compassionate toward disability and is very eager to provide resources and programs to reduce the impact upon disability in every day life. She is willing to treat with medication if necessary. I appreciate her scientific approach to me because I have a tendency to become too chatty making it difficult for me to even discern what I am asking to get the answers of which I seek. She has been keeping me going since Dr. Batson retired and I pray she never retires. There just aren’t that many great neurologists in Amarillo like Dr. Saulog and Dr. Batson was.

I filed a complaint with the Texas Medical Board, against Ruby Saulog and she was dishonest and the complaint was dismissed.

Went to her for botox injections for migraines-nope! Instead she bilked my insurances for three, yes I said Three sleep studies!!! When I called her on it, then only did she stop! I live 2 hours away from the testing center and do not drive due to health conditions and have to have someone drive me and so my hubby had to take off work and stay at a hotel. When I brought this up to her and that I don't have the money for this her response was "well maybe you should have someone else bring you!" in her condescending tone she uses so well! Never even discussed botox in the two visits with her, so in 5 wasted visits to Lubbock, I got 3 worthless nights sleep, 3 hotel bills, about 6 tanks of gas, a worthless sleep machine that only made my sleep worse (btw been sleeping without it for over a year and no one has called to see if I'm dead), a bitty of a dr bilking my insurance and no relief for my headaches!

She's very rude and not friendly services sorry I would not recommend her to any one

Misdiagnosis of vascular malformation for a long time. It began oozing blood into my brain and had to be removed quickly. I now have epilepsy.

I had similar experiences as all other patients above. The doctor also recommended I see a psychiatrist (without talking to me for more than 10 minutes). I struggle with migraine headaches and she wanted me to take depression medication as well.... I ended up being billed for a medication she was not supposed to order. Ashley (one of the receptionists) was extremely rude and did not listen or care to help. Never going back.

I went in thinking that maybe I would have more information about what to do for the muscle twitching, tremors, nerve sensation problems, and she told me I needed to see a psychiatrist. She was rude, did not listen to what I was saying, and flat told me my problems were in my head. Do not go to her for any reason!

Staff is very rude and can also hear their rudeness on the phone with others while you wait. They will not return phone calls. Dr. treats you like a piece of furniture even though she seems to know what she is doing. She is not friendly and acts like she is better than me. Have decided to get another doctor for future appointments.

I had an appointment scheduled through another doctor's office for a test at 8:30AM. I mistakenly went to the wrong building (my fault, but I did not intentionally disrespect her schedule), and I arrived at her office exactly 15 minutes late. Without being given any chance to explain why I arrived late, and without given any chance to perhaps speed-up the initial paperwork processing, I was simply told Youre 15 minutes late, youll have to re-schedule. Then I was asked to verify what was recorded as my home phone number in their system which was wrong. This is obviously the reason I did not receive an appointment reminder phonecall, at which time I could have verified the offices location, and could have been warned me of the 15-minute late rule.The fact that her office so strictly enforces the 15 minute late rule, doesn't bother to get a correct patient phone number and posts unnecessarily stern instructional signs throughout the waiting area (including but not limited to Do not… touch the aquarium, Return magazines to the rack, Turn off the light and fan in the bathroom) left me feeling like mere livestock and not an actual human patient. I requested a different doctor for the tests, because I didn't want this doctor getting $3000+ from me.
