Dr. Ruby J. Sia

Initial visit. When raising a concern over elevated ALT and Bilirubin results, Sia "prescribed" a green juice liver cleanse with ginger. When a history of PTSD due to childhood abuse and neglect came up, Sia asked me, "Do you believe in God?" followed by, "Do you believe in Jesus?" When I answered in the affirmative, she told me to "just give it to him and he'll take care of it. Leave it in the past." This is grossly negligent "advice." I am under the care of a licensed mental health professional for this concern and had already stated such. Finally, Sia ended the visit by telling me to buy VoxxLife insoles, patches, and socks because the inventor "discovered the secret behind unlocking full human potential." VoxxLife is a multi-level marketing scam. As I was leaving, Sia shoved her VOXX affiliate business card into my hand and reiterated that I needed to buy these materials (for which she receives a kick-back). The entire encounter was unprofessional and frankly obscene.

I've been with Dr. Sia for over 6 yrs and I've never had a doctor take care of me the way she has. She has always listen to my health issues and problems associated with my health and never ever had that from any other doctor. She's been patient with me and always trying to do her best. Dr. Sia will always and forever be my #1 doctor and I love ?? her with all my heart because she is my angel ??that will always take care of me!! Thank you Dr. Sia for being so awesome in taking care ? of your patients!!??????????

Dr. S ía saved my life. After five years of seeing different doctors and being prescribed different medications she diagnosed me ordered testing. M. R. I. and nerve conduction testing and I ended up at UCLA spine center, had a nine hour surgery that saved my life. Thank you.

Dr said is a good doctor and cares about her patients and spend time listen to your concerns. Unfortunately the wait time is so long you wonder if you'll ever be seen. I left my house at 10:30. for a 11:00 appointment. Going no place but the doctors I pull into my driveway at 3:30. That is 5 hrs from door to door and I live 10 minutes from their office. My time is valuable and I don't enjoy wasting it in a doctors office!!! 1 star for wait time / 4 stars for Dr Sia

I've been going to Dr. Sia for several years and she always gives me the time I need to discuss all of my concerns and tries to come up with a solution/remedy. Sometimes the wait time varies from twenty minutes to over an hour, but it's worth the wait once you get in to see her!

I was a patient with Dr. Sia for 6 seven years. She doesn't like giving referrals at all. She once gave me the wrong medicine for a bacterial disease said I was healed then the bacteria came back and hit me twice as hard. Another time I was having symptoms from another disease dr. didn't doing any test and just blamed it on the change of life which I ended up having surgery because of her. And her staff is very childlike and rude. They enjoy making fun of their patients and redirecting their referrals and prescriptions like its some kind of game. It seems like this dr. can never get any good staff members. And since this dr. moved to her new facility the wait times can be 3 + hours and the service and staff keep getting worse

I see the employees are writing reviews again!! The wait is ridiculous! She sits in the room staring at her computer! This makes a good Dr.? You folks have low standards.

Good doctor listens and provides the best care.

Doctor Sia has been my primary care doctor for several years. There usually is a long wait time, but she takes the time with each patient once you get in to see her. Would not want to change, hope she's around for a long time.

I have been regularly seeing this physician for about four years. I am very impressed with her. She is very knowledgeable and is able to explain things in layman's terms. The flip side is the long wait both for appointments and on the day of appointment. She really cares for her patients. I really like Dr. Ruby!
