I had an excellent pregnancy and delivery thanks to Dr. Moore. She is compassionate and truly cares about her patients. She is very experienced and knowledgeable.

Treats patients differently. If she has a reason to not like you, you don't get any real discussion from her. No patient doctor relationship. Discusses your personal medical records with staff at hospital while you give birth. No empathy. Should not be delivering babies. If she thinks you are uneducated or a "bad" person she treats you terribly.

Absolutely horrible doctor. Caused a baby to be sent to NICU for an extended stay due to her negligence in using a Vacuum Assisted Delivery device. Would not recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Rubye Washington-Moore at Norton community hospital is the best Dr. I have ever encountered. She is professional, caring as well as thorough. She has a very good bedside manner and is completely honest and truthful. I highly recommend this OB/GYN if you are looking for a compassionate, competent, knowledgeable physician to take care of you and your family!

I really miss Dr Moore. Hope she's doing well. I have found another GYN doctor, whom i like, but Dr Moore was so friendly and compassionate. She is a very nice Dr.

i went with a family member and we were treated very bad by the receptionist, we tried to discuss payment options and the staff started talking about my friend very badly and everyone in the waiting area could hear them i was surprised how they just turned us away obviously because the receptionist that has been there for quite a while did not like us so they did not even give us an appointment the sfaff is horrible with each other and with their patients they get away with it because most of their patients are hispanic and do not complain about the rudeness and the bad service that is provided in that god awful office and their manager by the way does not know what she is doing she looked more confused than the other girls in there and she did not know how to control the situation turning us away as well.
