very intelligent and given the volume of patients at the family practice on Aloma - she does a great job spending time with each patient and hearing their concerns

She is the best doc I have had in 46 years she listens she advises and she takes suggestions on my treatment if I suggest something she either goes with it or advises otherwise not many docs listen like this she is 1 in a million for sure highly recommended.

Dr Priska is an excellent physician , she is thorough and professional! She spends time to go over health concerns, and listens as well. She has restored my faith in the medical profession!! So glad I've found an excellent doctor!! The office staff is amazing as well. I can't say enough how happy I am with this office.

Dr Priska is affiliated with Winter Park Family Health Care, a disappointing healthcare provider corporation. While the doctor is adequate face to face, the administrative arm of this practice is incompetent & unprofessional. Main focus is scheduling appointments, tests, etc. One year as patient with no chronic health issues, I never received a followup from them. I have experienced 2 lost scans & test results, 2 week turn around to tell me my blood work results, several 7+day delays for prescriptions or necessary referrals, 8 days for a call back about a medical question, and 4 unsolicited orders for tests that were repeats of earlier tests with normal results . After an accident treated at the ER, I was required to see the doctor twice within a two week period to receive pain medication and orthopedic referrals. While there, they insisted I must come back again for a "wellness appointment." I refused. This resulted in a series of registered letters and phone calls … demanding that I must come in for the wellness visit "required by their office and my insurance." Their staff scheduler told me I can lose my (Medicare) insurance if I don't come in. This is not true, it was a threat. I feel bad for the patients who are afraid to fight their system or make a change. I've found a new doctor. Beware of this office.
