I brought my 85 year old father in with dementia and she really took the time to listen and explain what was happening to him. My father asked the same questions over and over and she was so patient with him. She even called us the next day to explain the lab results and check on him.

I saw her for a chronic condition and not did she help me but she also provided me with the tools to manage my overall health.

Ha this is my second time seeing this doctor that I feel has no idea what she is doing. I came in about a year ago for an extremely bad sore throat, she treated it as a basic cold and told me to take over the counter medications. I didn’t trust that that was correct so than I saw a different doctor the next day who performed a throat Coulter on me. Turned out I had strep throat. Today, I went to urgent care because I’ve been sick since Monday and I’m currently coughing up green flem and I’ve lost my voice. She diagnosed me with laryngitis, didn’t give me any antibiotics and told me to drink warm fluids but did provide me with a doctors note to miss work for 3 days. Something seems off about this lady as if she doesn’t have the time to treat you. If you want nothing but a therapy session and a pricy bill, feel free to see her. She’s only there to pick up a pay check.

Urgent Care visit for one issue resulted in a thorough work up for additional non related condition — which proved to be perhaps more important. Great demeanor with her staff and patients. She thoroughly knows her job and I would recommend her to anyone for care.

Went to urgent care as had an ongoing sore throat and extreme cough and needed a change of medication as previous one caused allergy. She was just not interested in hearing that what could have gone wrong or that it was a serious problem because I was previously prescribed antibiotics. She said just to use ibuprofen and prescribed a random cough drop for which also I had to request. On my discharge papers didn’t even write the amount of ibuprofen I should take or other at home measures. When symptoms got worse after three days then she changed my medication. She doesn’t know first thing about treating patients and should not be working in urgent care at all.

What a nightmare!! I went there because I was in excruciating pain. Saw Dr Manghani who had no clue about medical care. She seemed very insecure and unsure of herself. She recommended an X-ray and MRI. I promptly scheduled an MRI which is more definitive than an X-ray. During the visit I was hesitant about getting pain medication and wanted to try over the counter medications first. I waited for a couple of days to see if the over the counter medications would work. They did not and have not. I sent an urgent message to Dr Manghani that I needed to get something for pain until the MRI was completed. My messages went unanswered for 24 hours. I tried calling the clinic once again and requested an urgent message be sent to Dr Manghani about the pain and if she could prescribe something until I got the MRI. To this day I have heard nothing back from Dr Manghani. John Muir Urgent care finally called me three days later and said I needed to return to the Urgent Care clinic to see… another doctor to get something for this unbearable pain. I don't know if it's about making money or these doctors thinking I'm a drug addict looking for a fix, but I can assure you it is not about patient care. Patient care has been lost in the rules and regulations written by the government on how to treat patients. Doctors are filled with suspicion about patients who are honest and in real pain. I am appalled that marijuana is more easily to obtain than a legal prescription for a legitimate condition.

Came into urgent care after having a a bad cold/flu for 6 days and was complaining of congestion and still not feeling well. She sent me Home telling me to take Claritin and Flonase. 3 days later, still no improvement so I called her and asked her if it could be an infection. She says no and to keep taking the Claritin and Flonase. My symptoms got progressively worse to the fact that I was losing my voice having extreme head and facial pain and my throat felt like it was swollen shut. I am going back to see another doctor because I know I have an infection and has suffered when she should of given me antibiotics to prevent this.
