Crazy billing amounts here with this doctor. be prepared to pay large sums out of your pocket.

Let me start with the good part first, the front desk staff & nurses were nice & friendly. On the contrary, Dr. Rupa Patel, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I went to see her today for a 2nd opinion after seeing a male doctor in the same office. She was like "you are not my patient", why are you seeing me since you have already seen the other doctor from our clinic? Like seriously is this how you talk with a patient who just wants a 2nd opinion? Is there a law that I can't see another doctor from the same office? She was totally arrogant, impatient, and barely spent 5-7 minutes with no communication about my issues.

She made me feel bad about my problems. Wish I had not gone to her.

Did not explain any billing and overcharged insurance . Did not explain any reports or exams done . Extremely rude staff .

Dr . Patel is very pleasant, professional, patient, takes time to explain options of treatment.Also she made my petrified young daughter feel very comfortable to the point that after first visit my kid has no hesitations to go for fallow up visit . I highly recommending Dr. Patel!

I found Dr. Patel to be very friendly, and knowledgeable,she was able to convey a genuine sense of caring . She was patient and answered all my questions . She also explained the procedures in a manner that was very understandable. Finally, I have found a perfect doctor!

When I was looking for a urologist I had two recommendations for Dr. Patel on the same day. I am so grateful because Dr. Patel is fantastic. First - I am thrilled to have a female urologist. She is patient, very kind and incredibly skilled. I've had to have stent replacements several times because of a chronic condition and Dr. Patel does such a great job that I don't even feel the stent. Secondly, she has a very busy office but everyone is kind and courteous. It's not easy to find a female urologist so I consider myself quite fortunate to have an exceptional doctor who is beautiful on the inside and out.

i used another urologist for chronic kidney stones for 14 years. Good for him he moved on to bigger n better but bad for me they didn't take my insurance. He has guided me towards a wonderful doctor who listens and gets things done immediately. It was an adjustment but I feel like I am home and in the right care with Dr Patel. ð???ð???ð???

First time seeing Dr. Patel I Love her. She Listened, did a full exam, was very knowledgeable. Office staff were friendly and courteous. I would tell my friends and family to go to her.
