Dr. Rupa Thacker is thee BEST! Pediatrician we’ve ever had from weight issues, emotional physical, she’s always been so helpful. She will text me later after an apointment to check on my kids. She’s always teaching students as well. Great office, wonderful staff. if you need a pediatric shes one of the best.

Dr Thacker Is racist and all about the money. No concern for patients and very unorganized. The office lost important documents such as lab results and referral information and did not check insurance cards to confirm info before we came. I had 5 appointments and each time there was a problem with them not securing needed info before I came. She refused to order basic lab texts that my children needed. Then after I told her that I would not come back due to inadequate service. She said some really rude things to me in front of staff and my children. Will not return.
