Absolutely terrifying that this man is an actual doctor. Completely dismissive, arrogant, and honestly either too dense or dishonest to correctly document and chart a 4 min exam. Multiple errors which led to longer inpatient stay and more money for the good doc. Unavailable for follow up, feedback, or any real medical care. Simply a cash grab. Very uncaring, low empathy individual. Please read other reviews and see what this animal is doing to harm individuals in the name of health care. Stay away!

This dr oversees my daughter at a mental health facility and is never available. He wants to continue to "observe" her, but is never there! They never answer their freaking phones where she's at either! The more I read these reviews, the more I see this is a money making or insurance scheme to keep kids on these psych wards so they can keep billing the insurance! I'm with everyone else, keep your kid away from this doctor!!

Saying that name alone should sum it up!!! Dr Bhatia was extremely rude and arrogant when we speak! He cut me off any time I attempted to ask a question about the well being of my son! He told me that he saw no need for my son to be there but he still was going to remain in custody after I requested to check him out! He was extremely unprofessional and even went as far as to hung the phone up in my face when I questioned his authority to keep my child! The best thing they could have ever done for those patients is close down! That place is unfit for criminals

Incompetent, no feedback, one plan for all, charges for Hospital stay and his convenience is what is important. No contact with parents, no explanation of medication changes. Do not let your child be involved with him or Sundance hospital.

As I read over the one star reviews I became angry because I didn't take the time to read them before I took my child to Sundance for a "therapy" session. I didn't come home with my child, all they cared about was admitting her against our wishes. They used veiled threats and even lied to us at intake. Hence the rule for no recordings. After they granted my demand for evaluation for discharge, per my rights, Dr Bhatia left the hospital (or so they told me) although the hospital granted my request to meet with him post evaluation. He ran like a coward because he knew he had no grounds on discharging my child AMA. He is a coward who couldn't face a parent to explain his basis for evaluation because ALL HE WANTS IS YOUR MONEY! HE, OR SUNDANCE HOSPITAL, DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE WELLBEING OF ANY CHILDREN IN THEIR CARE. THEY ONLY WANT TO "FILL BEDS"! Run away from there. It's a nightmare!!!

My brother is currently being held in this man's "care" he was originally supposed to detox from xanax which i thought was dumb because my brother really didn't have a problem with them. He was just using with friends and this was actually a recent incident. Well since my brother has been under the "care" of this man he has failed numerous times to follow his hospitals own procedures. He has neglected to call and inform my mother of any medication they had given my brother until I actually had to call and tell them i wanted them to notify my mother of any medicine they were giving him. Which they hadn't until I asked them to do so. Now my brother is being given more pharmaceuticals for things he was originally not even there for. Basically making him dependent on another drug that has side effects like seizures, depression, and suicidal thoughts and not really giving any actual help. He won't speak to my mom and filed paperwork to keep my brother against our will and his own. I am… scared for his life while he's in the hands of this "doctor" and these "nurses" i feel like he will have more problems than when he came in. This man is pure evil in my eyes. He must be stopped.

Keep ur kids away he was my doctor and all he did was drug me up wit medications and kept me in there if ur not crazy he makes u crazy hes the worst doctor hes all money and on ur one on one with him he doesnt even let u talk.

This doctor is all about the $. He will fight to keep your child as long as he can in the hospital and never communicate with you. Then when the kid came out, he was worse than before! Stay away if you can
