Dr. Russell Jay Clark, MD

Dr. Clark informed me that unless I quit smoking 3 weeks prior to surgery he would not do surgery. So instead I ended up getting 3 separate pain injection 3 months apart. 3 rd one only lasted 6 weeks. I was in a great deal of pain. A different kind of pain. Frustrated I went to my primary and had another x ray done.. this time I had 2 fractures and the area of concern had gotten much bigger. So I had my primary referral me elsewhere. Today is that appointment. I’ll review more after the visit. Oh also, it’s very hard to get any answers by phone from support staff.

Excellent surgeon and has a wonderful PA named Hugo, but feel just dumped as I have Never seen Dr Clark since my surgery. This is not professional, but I am thankful for his staff and Hugo who were and are always there.

Dr Russel Clark is great, his nursing staff is awesome and I’ve been happy with my care there. However, today a lady answering the phone was very rude and I guess since I’m at the end of my injury, made me feel I no longer mattered. I will not be able to see him for at least another 2 months according to her. Sadly, that’s as far as I got. I’ll have to now find another doctor to see that I’m healed. This drives me crazy...

His Physician's Assistant and his staff were unprofessional, did not return telephone calls as promised, refused to see me for 2.5 hours after scheduled appointment because the PA was running behind schedule, the staff was very inefficient and poorly trained (arrived at my appointment time with new PT. paperwork completed & knew the X-Ray technician was on site and available to take my X-Rays) , demanded I have an X-Ray before seeing me, refused to order the X-Ray any of the 5 working days prior to my appointment, called the night before to inform me I had to arrive ONE HOUR before my appointment then told me to seek professional care elsewhere when I complained about her and the staff. There were two other patients in the lobby complaining about the length of time they had already been waiting. If I could give a negative rating on this appointment I would. Dr. Clark should be aware of what his staff is doing.
