Dr. Russell Wayne Cohen

This is a very good doctor, but after FIFTEEN YEARS! I quit the practice after three visits in a row with one hour plus waiting times, the final one being 2.5 hours. The office staff is rude, incompetent and atrocious. Stay away.

I’m a medical professional and a patient for years. My 1:30 appointment was not accomplished till 2:45. When I confronted dr Cohn A callous “sorry for the wait” was offered. In my practice I’d never see the patient again,rightfully so,and I’d feel terribly about it Adjust your schedule appropriately and stop thinking dollars

It is difficult to find a an MD in this area (South Shore Nassau County) who is actually qualified and really cares I have been. A patient of his for more than 25 years All my other MDs are either NYC or on the North Shore

Very poor manners, didn't ask important questions about my case. Felt rushed to get out, very busy office.

WORST BEDSIDE MANNDER

I have been with South Nassau Dermatology for years and recently switched within the practice from one doctor to Dr. Cohen and had not had a problem up until now. It has been an extreme DISPLEASURE dealing with South Nassau Dermatology.Dr. Cohen fails to follow up on his patients or even speak to them. If you go to South Nassau Dermatology, you will be dealing with their unhappy office staff - NOT the doctors until it is your time for your appointment. If you have any side effects regarding your medication, do not call a nurse expecting a call back either.It is such a disappointment to know that I was looked at with such a lack of morale, respect and dignity. Aside from that, the office staff is so rude, you can tell they do not want to be there.
