Dr. Russ D. Cole, MD

Dr. Cole is caring, professional and takes your whole health seriously. He listens, he spends time with you and even calls you! YES, he has called me to discuss issues! I understand peoples frustration with the office but it is a teaching facility so don't rate him on the staff. He is a wonderful doctor, continually up to date on treatment and meds, you just won't find a better doctor anywhere that actually gives a darn about your health.

Dr Cole doesn't listen to his patients. He rushes through the appointment and doesn't seem to even remember you from one appointment to the next. He tells you what his plan of care is, yet doesn't document it for his staff to have accurate information. The office woman is very very rude. The office staff has never called with results of labs/testing. When you ask for a follow up to any labs or testing they do not return your call. I recommend any other doctor before I would choose this one.

Dr. Cole is very competent in his medical knowledge and is very thorough in his approach with me. He takes time with me and even though he may be busy, he always gives me the impression that he is very interested in every medically pertinent need that I may have and he does not rush.
