Dr. Russell T Elba, DC

I am providing Dr. Russel Elba with one star because there's no way to give a lower rating. I want to warn people against going to Dr. Russel Elba. When I walked into his practice, I ignored how run-down the place looked and that I didn't' know how many people tried on the gown he asked me to put on. I wanted to help a small business at the time of the pandemic. But, it seems, no good deed goes unpunished. He knew that this was my first time at the chiropractor's and misinformed me about my insurance coverage from the very beginning. His "therapy" did not help. I now have an appointment with a physician, and I need to bring my x-rays, which he claims he took, along with the report and the disc. He refuses to disclose the report or the disc, which renders the x-rays that I paid for useless since I don't even know they are mine. Keeping all of the above in mind, I feel that Dr. Russel Elba is misinforming his patients and providing an unsafe environment to say the least.
