In an ideal world all doctors would be like dr. Guba. Experienced but keeps up to date, and one of the very few doctors who actually listen and takes the time for a thorough explanation.

Dr. Guba deserves the recognition of being one of the best eye doctors in New Jersey. I have been to several ophthalmologists and I have never had such a thorough eye exam. Dr. Guba spends time with you, NOT like some doctors, running from office to office, making you feel as though you were a product on an assembly line. I agree with the patient who wrote, "He is passionate about your health and takes whatever time is needed to fully review your concerns," He treats each patient with respect and kindness and so does his office staff who I have found to be highly qualified and personable. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Guba. He is an extraordinary physician and humanitarian.

Probably was once a good and kind doctor but now appears just angry and frustrated. Disgruntled physician with poor bedside manner. Needs to find a new line of work.

Dr. Russell F. Guba, Jr. is the most competent physician I have ever met (and I work in the healthcare field). He is passionate about your health and takes whatever time is needed to fully review your concerns. I have never had such a thorough examination. He and his staff are very personable while remaining professional. I have also taken many patients to see him, and have witnessed the same care for them. Dr. Guba is a wonderful physician and human being.

been 3 times. 2 times waited about 5 minutes. the third time waited a little over an hour. Otherwise seems an excellent doctor.
