I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for Dr. Russell Klein's unwavering dedication and compassionate care. His commitment to his patients' well-being is truly commendable. I have been his patient for almost ten years, and his expertise and exceptional thoroughness have made a real difference. He is personable, empathetic, and great listener. He solicits the input of his colleagues and works well with a multidisciplinary team. Thank you, Dr. Klein, for being an exceptional doctor. Your care and kindness have made a lasting impact on my life.

Dr. Klein is caring, and so smart. He always provides a clear plan. His office staff are also friendly and sharp; I appreciate all of them. I know I am in good hands.

I'm trying to coordinate my elderly mother's care from Boston and it has been so stressful. A couple of years ago she wanted specifically to see Dr. Klein Russell, however she was made to see Dr. Ryan Klein. We were told after the visits by him she was fine. Fast forward 2 years later and she is told she has lung nodules that need to be addressed by a pulmonologist, so I said let's see if this time you can see Dr. Klein Russell. I called from Boston and explained and was told no he wasn't seeing new patients, AND YOU CAN'T CHANGE FROM RYAN TO KLEIN NO WAY NO HOW! I explained what happened last time and if the office person could talk to the Dr. K R and ask if HE can make an exception in this case and she said she would ask and call us back. She did call back and informed me my dear mother would be able to Dr. Klein. Today was her appointment, which my brother had to take her to after rearranging his busy schedule (and who has 4 kids). They arrived and were greeted with confrontation… and denial of services from Dr. Klein. The person at the helm was the office manager from what I understood. So there was a huge disconnect from what we were told and what happened. What a cruel and sad bunch over there! We later found better reviews for a Dr. Rutland; HOWEVER once directed to the website, it seems he shares the same office as these clowns, so we ran the other way, like the plague. Shame on you! Patients' care and preference should take priority, not your odd policies and certainly you should not be lying to potential patients. These physicians and office personnel are downright rude, inconsiderate and hostile. The reviews are mixed for all of them, and I can see why. I love living in Boston! I don't get treated by any of my physicians with such disregard. They put my needs first! Not the other way around.

Russell goes above and beyond for every patient. He is respected by the professional community. He is like the MD you dream of having, but you never get. He is kind caring and exceptionally skilled. I have been seeing him for 16 years .

Dr. Russell Klein has been My DR for over 15 Years . I realized I had not written a comment about him and his staff and thought I had better hop to it !! Dr Klein's Staff is always Polite and Professional ...I am sure this is the reason they are employed there for YEARS !!! Dr Klein himself always remembers who you are and the main Reasons he is treating you . Always Has a Smile on his face and energy beyond !! He has helped me in my Struggles over the Years paying close attention to my BP , Anxiety / Depression , Adult Asthma, Weight and above all my addiction to Alcohol. He helped me to pick the Best Hospital and Treatment .He jumped into action when I called him for help . I am ONE Year Sober and owe so much to him for returning my phone call one day when I had hit bottom . Your are a Life Saver DR Klein ....Literally .M

Fantastic, wonderful doctor!! Incredibly smart and what a memory. Extremely attentive and caring about each individual. Despite having a high patient load, he always friendly and gives you whatever time you need and makes you feel listened to. He is one of the few doctors who truly seems to care!! After months of research and several consultations with other internists, we know Dr. Klein (Russell Klein) is one of the best there is. And, he's also a pulmonologist! You can't ask for more. It took a couple of months to get the initial appointment, but definitely worth the wait. Once you're a patient it's never a problem to be seen immediately when the need arises, and we've definitely had our share this year. We love Dr. Klein!!

His staff was very professional. He read all my past records forwarded from Atlanta and was up to speed with what I was looking for. He did a few tests and we made a great plan to move forward. We were very glad he is digitally on the page. Look forward to my next visit. Thank you Dr. Klein

The medical assistant was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Klein is such a nice doctor that always has time for questions so you don't feel rushed or put off. I am in health care and physician's like this are few and far between!
