Good grief. What a rude, dismissive, unprofessional doctor. Seemed angry or annoyed as he walked in. Spent only about a couple minutes with me. Roughly shoved and yanked the limb of concern. Hardly said two words to me. Provided zero chance to ask questions.

I would search his reviews. They aren’t good as a whole. I agree with the others who experienced how rude and arrogant and dismissive this Dr is.

I visited Dr. LaFrance for knee pain. Despite having proof of my REAL knee issues, he insisted that the pain is in my head & I do not know how to manage pain (I truly do from past experiences). My MRI and X-ray show REAL knee issues and he did not want to hear that or explain the results of both tests in greater detail. Also, he had no clue (even remotely) about my existing health problems. Dr. LaFrance continued to blame my knee pain on conditions for other types of doctors to handle because he wanted nothing to do with me. He did not even look at my bare knees and examined them only for a few seconds. When I asked questions, Dr. LaFrance replied shortly and sarcastically. I left just as confused as I entered and now furious. Hours later, I visited Genesee Ortho's after-hours and met wonderful, helpful Dr. Dennison. Dr. Dennison explained the cause of my REAL pain, answered all of my questions with interest and care, and began treatment immediately. I would NEVER recommend Dr.… LaFrance.
