Dr. Russell Bruce Parker, MD

Dr. Parker puts me at ease. As with many doctors, he is swamped so... be proactive and ready to discuss your concerns with a list of questions in hand. I’ve gone to him for various issues and find him trustworthy and patient when he listens to my variety of questions. He has tackled everything from ovarian cysts, odd menstrual cycles, mystery moles, and boils on my bum with care, dignity... and a bit of humor. :) But he also alleviates any concern I have about the history of breast and uterine cancer in my family. I have also found him to be very open to ordering additional tests when I request them for further peace of mind. Most of all, I appreciate he respects the fact I know my body better than he does and is open to finding solutions that work for me. His ultrasound tech is wonderful. She is very gentle, funny, and keeps a running dialogue to let you know what’s going on. His nurses and front desk staff can be hit or miss. Some are incredibly kind... some others, I… feel as though I’m keeping them awake.

Dr Parker is wonderful. he takes time with you. my only complaint is his staff....nursing and front office. They all act as if your phone call and office visit is a strain on them. They always act in a bad mood. Hardly ever smile. There is just one nurse that I like and it is not Mindy. Dr Parker needs an office overhaul and its not for decor. They need to realize that women are there for all kinds of reasons and need to be more caring. Please Dr Parker hire new staff or send the current staff to sensitivity training. They all act as if their job is a yawn and a paycheck.

Dr Parker is awesome

Arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment time and still had to wait OVER an hour in the waiting room! Very discouraging!
