Gets you on prescriptions and then you have to come back every 30 days. Please don’t go here, you will regret it.

Worst doctor I’ve ever seen, constantly make you wait upwards of an hour after your appointment time, try to over prescribe you to medicine to get you hooked, then make you come in every 30 days for a refill. Stay away from Dr. Thornton’s office.

Dr. Thornton took the time is calmly answer all my questions, was not in a hurry as most physicians are and I left feeling like I had received quality care.

Very knowledgeable, listens to his patients. Very satisfied. I send anyone looking for a PCP to him, and his NPs.

Wealth of knowledge of which you'd expect, allows patient to have say in treatment when options are available but also guides gently. When clear paths of treatment are best he will assess and assign treatment. Always abreast of new treatments and medications and treats patients as if they themselves are knowledgeable participants. Kind and supporting peripheral staff from front office to nursing. Efficient doctor's office.

I got his name from our insurance company United Health Care after having horrible experiences with other doctors and pharmacies. I just had my first visit with Dr. Thornton. He listened and gave feedback, changed my prescriptions to what they should have been and on a 3 month refillable. The office staff was warm, friendly and helpful along with Dr. Thornton's nurse assistant. The office was easy to find and beautiful! More important Dr. Thornton was knowledgable on many levels and helped me. I feel safe! He is awesome!

Upon my first visit with Dr. Thorton, I was moderately satisfied with what I experienced. The staff was all very good and polite. I don't like going to a doctor so I go only as needed which is about 4 to 8 times a year. As time passed, his attention seemed to dwindle and he seemed to listen less and less to my problem, which often was a multiple problem. In the recent 2-3 years it has seemingly decreased even more to the point that I had to get stern with my statements of a problem. I had no problem at that point getting referrals if needed to the appropriate places but I had to get his undivided attention first. Over all, I am not very satisfied with his practice, I have experienced better in most all other doctors I have seen. I did not mark the "Accurate Diagnosis" on the chart because it is hard to gage something that isn't listened to.
