I went in for severe pain (Torn Meniscus) and this Dr did not even come close to see the injury. Did not ask about my pain level and did not offer a solution on how to walk out of the office - I needed crutches. My after visit report showed I needed to change my life style due to high blood pressure. I have never had high blood pressure other that dealing with this injury and it was high due to the amount of pain I was i He did not even bother to look at my records to see what my past history was. We were very disappointed by his lack of concern. He just stood at the door with his mask on and you could clearly see that he did not want to be working that day.

A wonderful, caring and professional Doctor. Addressed all my concerns and crafted a positive care plan going forward.

I both worked for and received care from Dr. Arata. He is a knowledgeable, down to earth, friendly, genuine doctor and employer. He will go to bat for his patients and go above and beyond to meet their needs.

I was able to get same day appointment with Dr. Arata. He was very caring and to address my concerns. I was able to make a follow-up appointment a few days later and he again saw me very quickly.
