The doctor took time out to explain everything that he was doing. After the exam he made sure I understood everything, he asked did I have any questions. He explained why my issue was happening and didn't rush to get me out. The whole staff was very polite and professional. This doctor is highly recommended he care about the patient not not the paycheck. Thank for your professionalism and the care you show for your patience I appreciate you.

My visit with Dr. Burgette was satisfactory, and my concerns were addressed appropriately. However, the experience felt somewhat lacking in warmth and personal connection. I was very disappointed in this visit, as I've had only good experiences with Duly providers in the past. As a fellow healthcare provider, I know how important empathy and good bedside manner are when it comes to truly helping people, and this individual definitely fell short in this regard. He was aloof, condescending, presumptious, judgmental and seemingly disgusted by my health issues and one of the contributing factors to the specifc problem for which I was seeking help. I almost said something to the doctor before I left, but unfortunately did not. I only leave this review with hopes it gets their attention and fosters some positive change, as I don't plan on working with them moving forward.
