Permanent bone loss due to lack of care. He extracted a resorbed front tooth and immediately placed implant. Scheduled three-month follow up. His staff did not want me to come in at the first sign of problems. After I begged, was allowed a 2-week follow up, with a low-grade fever and persistent pain. He took no x-ray, denied implant problem. Second opinion: he should not have done both extraction & implant same day. Returned again, low-grade fever for 5 days, inflammation, adjacent teeth at risk, pain: he again took no x-ray, denied implant problem and blamed it on my general dentist! After 2.5 months of agony, pus oozed from the site. I sought CARE elsewhere in desperation. Infected, failed implant removed. I have PERMANENT BONE LOSS and PTSD, thanks to Ryan Higley.

To learn you have to have your front teeth pulled because of root canal failure, then learn you have no bone to hold the implant and you have really thin gum tissue. my world fell apart. im in my forties so hopefully I have a lot of years left. Dr Higley saved my "face"
