Dr. Ryan P Mcwey, MD

This is a comment about Novant Brunswick Forest Imaging.. On Nov 6 I had a mammogram at Novant Bolivia, read by Dr Mcwey, it was fine. I had another appointment scheduled for Nov 20 for a mammogram, at Brunswick Forest, made earlier, but I was able to find an earlier appointment. It took 30 minutes on the phone to cancel the mammogram. I was on hold forever, then tried a different number where I was hung up on waiting for someone to answer a phone, and finally got the radiology scheduling for a different area, that does not schedule for Brunswick Forest. A wonderful person named Bianca, who works out of Winston-Salem, and does radiology scheduling for several places in Brunswick County..but not Brunswick Forest. But after hearing my frustration, she was able to cancel my appointment at Brunswick Forest. It shouldn't be this difficult. I sent a message comment via MyChart about this, but am commenting here as well, in hopes that Dr. Mcwey's office, can pass this on to the New… Hanover/Brunswick Forest Imaging Center.
