Dr. Ryan Brett Moody, MD

Was diagnosed with a severe pulmonary disease and was not given any information on treatment plans or prognosis. Had I not gotten a second opinion (b/c I had a bad gut feeling), I probably wouldn’t be here today. Saw him several times and was only put on 1 medication that did nothing to help the rare disease I have. He never talked to me about how serious things were. Very nice guy, but horrible patient care. If you think it’s something serious, please GO get a second opinion. I’m sure he is good at some things, but not PAH. It’s a progressive & untreatable disease. I’ll say it again…he had zero interest in my case & there is no doubt that I wouldn’t be here had I not gone down to Mayo in Jax.

Dr Moody shows great knowledge, has full attention to your story, investigates thoroughly, and explains patiently. Dr Moody is very kind and has wonderful bedside manners. I was confident I received the correct diagnosis and treatment.

8 months post surgery, suddenly started receiving bills from this guy's office. His CPA found some billable opportunities. I'm currently discussing options with my insurance company's Fraud Unit.

I give one star because there is no lower rating. His staff is completely unresponsive and will not return calls for up 72 hours. Due to this, I went without my medication refill for 2 weeks, so my asthma was untreated for 2 weeks. He was very condescending and disinterested in resolving the issue. I would not allow anyone I care about to have Ryan Moody as a doctor.

Dr Moody is an awesome doctor but their office is awful. Always wait over an hour for scheduled appointments.

Absolutely the best doctor I have ever seen! He literally saved my life!

Ryan is a wonderful doctor and a great asset to his chosen profession.
